If you travel to Bangkok,  spending a day or two in Pattaya is a great option. It's a short drive from Bangkok, and there are plenty of public transportation to take you straight from Bangkok to Pattaya.

Here are the activities that you might wanna check out for your next trip to Pattaya.

Nongnooch Tropical Botanical Garden 

This is a huge garden with lots of Instagrammable photo opportunities! Nong Nooch Garden offers a variety of activities with its beautiful landscape, flowers and trees stretching to the horizon. 

It's a great place to spend the day. There are cultural shows like Thai dance performances, elephant shows which are so cute and adorable!

Ramayana Water Park

The biggest water park in Thailand. It has many thrilling water slides and a lazy river for you to float along and chill.  It's only 20 minutes away from downtown Pattaya, so this will be a nice getaway with added excitement!

If you're a foreigner, you can buy a ticket in advance here to avoid the line. 


Underwater World Pattaya
features 105 meters long, transparent underwater tunnels. There are many kinds of marine animals here that you will need at least 2 hours to look throughout the place.

The Underwater World in Pattaya is a great place to visit. Even if you travel solo, you'll find yourself amused and entertained by these creatures. Travel with family? Your kids will love this!

Dolphin World Pattaya 
is an outdoor dolphin shows where you can watch these talented dolphins dancing and juggling, and just being super cute! The pink dolphins are their mascots! There are multiple showtimes throughout the day so you have plenty of opportunities to catch their shows.

Beside the famous Jomtien and Pattaya beach, you can also explore the beautiful Coral islands!

Koh Lan
is one of the most popular island destinations in Pattaya. The white sand beach with the clear blue waters. It is only 15 minutes away by speedboat.  There are many water activities that you can enjoy - snorkeling and banana boating are some of them.

There are also many smaller islands such as Koh ManWichai, Koh Phai, and Koh Rin nearby. So you can always go on an expedition and enjoy snorkeling at these islands. It's more advisable to book a snorkeling tour as that will save you the trouble of finding your own speedboat to get to multiple islands.
